About Tioman Island:
Part of a marine national park, Tioman is a perfect place for nature lovers. Pahang's royal town is called Pekan, which translates literally into "town". The state capital of this state is Kuantan, 45 kilometres to the north of the royal town. Pahang consists of 11 main districts of Kuantan , Pekan, Rompin, Maran, Temerloh, Jerantut, Bentong, Raub, Lipis, Cameron Highlands and Bera.
