Higashimurayama is a district in Tokyo, dated back to the Stone Age, where the Stone Henge was founded in 1965. The city is one of the great historical precincts in Japan, where is home to the only building in Tokyo prefecture which is found on the national treasure list of Japan and a temple, “Shofukuji”, which is supposed to house 1000 Jizo Buddhist dieties. Hachikokuyama Park is worth a walk.
