There is some said about the Asukayama Park that it is the symbol of Kita Ward people, where people flock there for owning the cherry-blossom season together. Ukima Park (Ukima ga Ike)has a pond, where fishing is available, and it also houses a baseball ground, tennis courts, Jyabu Jyabu Pond where people can swim, bird sanctuary, sakuraso (cherry blossom plant) and square with play equipment for children.
