Ngapali is isolated, quiet, and extremely beautiful. Clearly the most famous coastal destination in Myanmar, its long pristine beach stretches in harmony with rows of lovely houses. Here local life remains unchanged. A visit to the fishing villages can be easily made by bicycle. The interesting village of Jade Taw is where you can try your hand at cooking dried fish and dining on a bamboo mat. East of Lontha village, a small white stupa with coloured bulbs rests majestically on the bay-side hill.
