- The above rates are based on single and twin occupancy. Third person may be charged extra (depending on hotel policy).
- Compulsory Gala Dinner, which will be added to your booking cost, is applicable to certain hotels during festive seasons.
- Weekend rate surcharge may apply for certain hotels.
- A handling charge of 13 USD per person will be levied on all services rendered. Total charge will be advised once receive a reservation.
- Compulsory roundtrip transfer by seaplane will be charged at 362 USD per adult and 182 USD per child. Total charge will be advised once receive a reservation.
Room occupancy / Bedding:
- All Deluxe Room types and Villas accommodate up to a maximum of 4 persons.
- Junior Suites accommodate up to a maximum of 2 persons.
- The "day-bed" is available in the villa as part of the furniture and subject to the payment of an extra person. The "day-bed" will be used as bedding for the extra person sharing a villa.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation after 40 days to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed rate(s) of the total stay,
- Cancellation received 22 days or less prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the confirmed rate(s) of the total stay.
- No-Show: Cancellation received within 22 days to arrival (no-shows) will be subject to a cancellation fee of the total cost of the entire stay on booked meal-plan plus charge for one way transfer.
- Early Departures / Short stays: In the event of early departure / short stay a cancellation fee of the total cost of the entire stay on booked meal-plan and return transfer charge shall apply. No refunds will be provided for early departure / short stay. |
