The Preess Resort and Hotel, located in central southern part of China *Hunan* is the only hotel having the unique resource of Hot Spring and the first hotel in the area to initiate the concept of ecology. The spring provides water of high quality to the taps in our rooms and the Spa whereby the hot water is taken from 100 meter underground mineral water, famed for its Silicates king element of groundwater in Changsha City.
Our own garden of biological vegetables and fruits is also yet another distinguished feature of our Resort Hotel.
Ideally off Changsha Developing District of High Technology, The Preess is adjacent to Jingxing Road which is linked to urban areas and close vicinity of the city universities. Nearby places of interests include the Yue Lu Mountain which houses one of the four famous academies in China the Yue Lu Academy the famous Walking Street and the World*s biggest retailer Walmart, accessible by a 40 minute taxi ride.
